VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered a dozen Christmas specialty donuts mixed with a dozen original glazed donuts for my friends n family. I specifically asked for the Festiv Tree, Santa’s Belly, and the Present specialty donuts. After I got home and opened the box, I got NONE of them, just original glazed mixed with chocolate covered with Christmas color sprinkles...but it’s too late to switch since I’ve already gave them to my friends. Very disappointed...

Hands down the worst coffee I've ever had. Ordered a cappuccino that was so badly burnt it did not seem safe to drink. Old tasting donuts.

Awful service at the Logan location. We went through the drive-thru when the "hot" sign was on and bought a box of glazed donuts. As we were pulling away, I opened the box to eat one. Instead of pillow/cloud like donuts to fill the box, there were tiny donuts that looked like they didn't rise enough. They were flat and cold. So we pulled in and went inside. The employee said their machine had caught fire earlier that week and they were waiting for it to get fixed. It wasn't flipping the donuts correctly. Okay, well if the problem has been going on for a while, they should probably tell their customers before they order, right? That would be good customer service. Or maybe give us a discount because the donuts because aren't the true krispy kreme? Nope, they didn't do that either. They didn't do anything! If I go back, I'll go inside, instead of through the drive-thru so I can see the donuts before I buy them.

When you run out of the glazed creme filled donuts all the time that means you need to make more of them. Not make the junk ones that people don’t buy. Always the case when I visit here. Bring back Dunkin’ Donuts. Good grief.

I have always had good experiences at this store with buying donuts. I understand that other people have complaints with the hot chocolate, but I can testify that the donuts are great. Customer service is awesome, I honestly enjoy interacting with the workers.

I would like to give a shout out to Krispy Cream for giving free donuts to healthcare workers. Also everytime I come here the person I'm ordering from is happy and I have never had an order come to me incorrectly. It is one of the best Krispy Cremes I've been too.

Literally the most expensive glazed donuts ever. ($25.90 for 2 dozen glazed) I have never been to a location that charges that much. Not to mention that the donuts weren’t even warm. They are pretty small too. Very disappointed; I definitely wasted my $25

A place that's great to stop at every visit to Utah!

8 AM on a Monday, which should be within the business hours listed on Google, wait there behind another car for 15 minutes before finally someone in a fundraising truck says there’s no one there and they are closed right now. Just open and close whenever or? Awesome work guys.

Great donuts although a little overpriced considering the size of them. We just went through the drive thru at the grand opening... it took a little over an hour and we found out after waiting a while that the card reader was broken. Luckily we had a little bit of cash but we only had enough for 2 donuts instead of the dozen we set out to get :/ Nice staff
