Krispy Kreme

Was exstreamly disappointed. Got a half-dozen of there new strawberry filled donut. And when you go to eat them you finish more than half the donut before you even get the feeling that's the point of having you filled donut is so you can taste the feeling with almost every bite.

Stopped at this Krispy Kreme twice during my roadtrip from Canada down through Utah. Staff was incredibly friendly, store was clean and pleasant, and of course the doughnuts and coffee were incredible on both occasions. Tim Horton's ain't got nothing on Krispy Kreme!

When the hot and ready sign is on we assume the doughnuts are hot and ready. Not really. More like warm and wait. We waited in line for about 15 minutes ordered just a dozen of their hot and ready and when we got the doughnuts they weren’t even hot just overall a pretty meh experience

Went there to get some original donuts at 6:40 in the morning to surprise my family before they woke up and was told they don't start making originals until 7am.

The donuts are best enjoyed while hot, especially original glaze. I'd recommend getting if the hot light is on. They can be a little pricey for the size though.

They make up boxes as desired. Great staff!

Drinks and food are good but I don't enjoy the customer service drive threw takes forever because I have to repeat myself usually about three times and twice I paid with cash and I had to explain addition to the girl at the drive up window because they've tried to give me the wrong amount back

I find that more than often when I get their doughnuts that they taste of the oil they were cooked in... But the oil is old & used... I told my friends that work there but they said that the store manager Taylor was responsible for changing the oil on a regular, at least weekly basis & claims otherwise, but the oil's color and consistency never seem to improve. :(

Regular glazed are great. However, their drive thru is not open 24/7. Was misleading when I tried to do in at 4 AM to pick up some donuts and they were closed. Darn!

I had a bad experience with the employees locking up and not letting us in before they were closed, and I left a negative review. I have come back to edit it, because I called the manager and let him know about my bad experience and he was incredibly apologetic and offered me free doughnuts because of my bad experience. Although the staff that evening was unprofessional, the manager was very professional!
