Krispy Kreme

They were great for a last minute order of 3 dozen donuts. Had them all ready in 20 minutes.

Bought 4 donuts for my husband and kids. They were cold and overpriced. First time here, last time here. Definitely, need better quality control and customer service skills.

Was told I would be unable to pick up my online orders until 8:30, despite their store hours clearly stating they open at 6 and my order was for pickup at 7:30. My orders were cancelled, but by the time I ordered again the store was completely out of stock (before 11)

In Logan is ridiculous 🙄 since when do you NOT get a free donut when the hot sign is on? Also went in yesterday at just after lunch to get a dozen glazed donuts I wanted 6 original and 6 maple glazed only to be told that they were out of plain original glazed...”are you kidding me.” And I got the only 4 maple rings they had left 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ I was told they would be making more original glazed later that evening. I’m sorry but if you are out of glazed donuts make a new batch you are a freaking donut store 😡

I know inflation is real but these donuts are tiny.

You can't beat the original glazed donut! So good! We visited on National Donut Day and the staff was still kind, friendly, quick, and efficient despite the crowds. We also enjoy watching the process of making the donuts almost as much as eating them.

This Krispy Kreme location is not even close to being up to par with other locations I’ve visited. They’ve been out of their original glazed the last 3 times I’ve been there. You’re a donut shop for heaven sake! You’re specialty donuts are no better than any other stores that sell donuts in the valley. Your custard filled have sooo little custard in them, and you did away with your blueberry. Your glazed are what people want! It’s become a joke at our house. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Well today is the start of their super cool deal to promote their single glaze doughnut. But when I arrived at 3:40 They are straight out of stock. I politely asked when they would be in stock, seeing as I'm looking to buy 2 dozen for my staff. The drive-thru rep tells me that it will take around 2-3 hours before they will have more doughnuts available. I was shocked that their cheapest doughnut & promotion seller was last in their priority of batch making. Needless to say I don't think I'll be coming back in 3 hours to buy cheap doughnuts, I'll just go to smiths at that point and get them half off anyways. This isn't the first time I've been let down by this location before and I agree with the previous comments on Customer service and quality.

I was excited a Krispy Kreme opened in Logan. Hopefully they'll get better at making donuts. The creme filled donuts we ordered had hardly any creme in them, may as well of ordered plain glazed donuts. To top it off all our donuts were doughy, not fully cooked. We were extremely disappointed, had to throw them away. Worst experience ever at a Krispy Kreme. I don't think we'll be back. You pay that much for donuts, you expect better.

Wanted to leave a review for the young gentleman that helped my mom and I last night. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde hair.
My mom’s coffee was cold and so I went back in to ask if they can reheat it and without hesitation he apologized and made her a fresh pot.
