Krispy Kreme

Donuts were great but I got hot chocolate and the chocolate wasn't very good.

Horrible service. I absolutely love Krispy Cream, but the service is nothing compared to the doughnuts. I showed up at 9:40 pm one night and just wanted to grab a doughnut and the doors were locked. Online it said they closed at 10 pm, but I asked to make sure, “do you close at ten?” The girl stared blankly at me and then said “yes, we are closed” The employees just choose to close early and lock customers out 20 min before closing!?!? Either no one there knows how to tell time or the employees don’t care about customers. On top of that, as I was walking to the door a couple was just coming out with a dozen in a box, so I guess they only stay open for certain friends!? HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY DONT CARE.
So the manager did try to amend what had happened the next day. He was surprised that had happened and apologized and fixed the problem. It must just be some lazy employees who think they can get away with that in the evenings

I went in and they were out of original glazed. We decided to wait since they were close to having fresh ones. While we were waiting they gave us a free hot chocolate and when the donuts were ready we got some extras for free. Great service!

GREAT product and GREAT customer service! If you think you like doughnuts and haven’t had KK yet, you don’t know what a hot original glazed can do to your taste buds! Make sure you arrive during the hot times (early morning and after dinner) to really get the best ones!!

Love krispy kreme. Sweet, consistent, and satisfying. The customer service at this location is amazing. I've been a rewards member for a while and reap the benefits all the time(aka more than I should🍩😋).

Donuts are always fresh and warm. Last time I went, they just handed me my donut for free. Not sure what was going on but I wasn’t complaining.

Showed up to the drive thru well before 10pm (closing time) but they closed early. If your going to have a drive thru service, at least honor your business hours or adjust them so it doesn’t inconvenience your customers. Also their pricing is higher than other Krispy Kreme’s and their website’s drive thru hours are wrong (says closes at midnight which they do not)

I’ve had multiple experiences at this location that have been so disappointing. The customer service is horrible and they’re always very snarky and rude when you try to explain yourself or ask for clarification. Not to mention the fact that they never open on time. Won’t be going back—just another reason to shop local!

Still vert limited cake doughnuts. They told me that the stores can only make what corporate tells them to make. Limited selection, high price. Looking for a different doughnut source.
